EPRD SPECIAL NEEDS SUMMER DAY CAMP 2025

EPRD Special Needs Summer Day Camp is for youth age 6-21, who may require extra support to have a typical summer camp experience along with their peers. Camp will feature a full day of camp activities that include field trips, special events, arts and crafts, sports and games. Camp is located at Pierce Field Playground, 201 Mercer St. and runs June 23 – August 1,2025. (No July4)

EPRD Special Needs Day Camp operates Monday - Friday 9:30am - 2:30pm at Pierce Field. In the event of inclement weather camp is moved to the Recreation Center, 610 Waterman Ave.
-Round trip transportation is provided for individuals with special needs for this program.
-Free Lunch is provided.
-Field trip fees are not included in the registration fee. Field trip fees must be paid in cash and correct change would be greatly appreciated. CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

*ALL CAMPERS MUST HAVE AN EPRD MEDICAL FORM COMPLETED WITH A DIAGNOSIS LISTED BY THEIR PHYSICAN TO PARTICIPATE IN CAMP.

Camp Guidelines

A $240.00 deposit will be due per child at registration with the remaining balance to be paid on or before July 7th.
We are only taking 6-week camp registrations online. If you are not registering for all six weeks, registration must be made in person at the Recreation Center.
